What is Virtual Instructor-led Training (VILT)?
Virtual training offers an alternative to offsite preventative electrical maintenance training and industrial electrical troubleshooting courses. taught through video-conferencing software, virtual training provides all the advantages of a live classroom, including face-to-face instruction, classroom discussions, and exercises.
In an environment where social distancing has become vital for employee health, virtual training offers a safe, cost-efficient delivery method for preventative maintenance training. All employees need to attend an electrical maintenance virtual training event is a computer or laptop, a webcam, speakers, a microphone, and an internet connection. Instruction is delivered by skilled TPC Training instructors with years of experience in industrial electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
TPC’s long history of virtual training ensures your employees receive the electrical maintenance training necessary to meet your facility’s needs. The latest addition to our virtual training methodologies, simulation training, adds to your employees’ learning experience by allowing them to practice essential skills in a safe, virtual environment.
